Superlame.com

Superlame.com image editor. For engaging pupils with artwork and historical images. Easily done with paint, but looks more professional.

ClassMarker Tests

Potential HL tasks, easily completed and self marked to a certain extent. Free form answers require manual marking, but all others self mark. You cannot save results from embedded Tests with the FREE account. Only Tests assigned to pre-organised groups can be marked and results collected.
Must create user groups for students, providing sign in details for each student in order for them to sign in and complete the test. In my opinion too many limitations and complications for regular use when easier alternatives are available (e.g. Google Forms).

Issuu eBooks

A short example, but any word document or PDF can be converted to an online eBook. Another way for pupils to publish and share their work. Unsure of usefulness but possibly worth trying out.

Dipity Timelines

Great for research activities. Enables group sharing of ideas, collaboration within a whole class or smaller groups. Students working together to reach a common goal, with all posts accountable to individuals.

Glogster interactive posters

Takes a bit of time to get used to, but a lot of potential here.

Pixton Comic Strips

Definitely addictive, and I am sure lot's of pupils would really enjoy it! Limited with it's characters, scenery and props, but good fun!
